Differential Stain

Differential staining is a technique that uses multiple different stains to distinguish between organisms based on their varying interactions with the dyes. Unlike simple staining, this method can cause different organisms within the same sample to appear in different colors, making it highly useful in clinical settings for identifying specific pathogens.
