Fine Focus Knob

The fine focusing knob makes small-scale vertical adjustments to the microscope's stage to precisely sharpen an image. It is particularly essential when using higher magnification objective lenses, such as 40imes{}40 imes or 100imes{}100 imes, where slight movements drastically affect focus.
