Impact of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction on Emotion Dysregulation

It’s been suggested that MBSR is effective in reducing emotional dysregulation of trauma-exposed, low-income women. A significant decrease in the participants’ emotional dysregulation was found at the completion of the MBSR program as well as four weeks after completing the program.
