Impact of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction on Perceived Stress

It’s been suggested that MBSR is effective in alleviating the psychological stress of trauma-exposed, low-income women. A significant decrease in the participants’ perceived stress was observed by the time they completed the 8-week MBSR program, compared to the baseline survey.
