Job-Related Stressors
Work-related stressors stem from frequent exposure to challenging and unpleasant occupational events. Factors contributing to job-related stress include highly demanding tasks, unfavorable working conditions, and a lack of control over one's work environment. Prolonged exposure to these conditions can result in job strain and, eventually, job burnout.
