Conclusions of Cole's (2014) Study on Sports Participation and Academic Achievement
Cole's (2014) study concluded that there is a positive relationship between sports participation and academic achievement, as well as a link between academic success and self-efficacy. Furthermore, the research found evidence for an indirect relationship between sports participation and grade point average (GPA) through the mediating variable of self-efficacy, although these findings had certain limitations.
