Graph of a Linear Equation in Two Variables

The graph of a linear equation in two variables, such as Ax+By=CAx + By = C, is a straight line drawn on a rectangular coordinate system. This line acts as a visual representation of all the equation's infinitely many solutions. Every point located on the line is a valid solution to the equation, and every valid solution is represented as a point on this line. Points that do not fall on the line are not solutions.
