Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders are recognized through abnormalities occurring within at least one of five domains. These domains include delusions, hallucinations, disorganized thinking (speech), grossly disorganized or abnormal motor behavior (including catatonia), and negative symptoms.
