- In year 1, between pre- and post surveys, the number of students in the intervention class that used spacing increased 6.8% while the other two sections decreased by 8.4% and 7.7%
- In year 2, between pre- and post surveys, the number of students in the intervention class that used spacing only increased 1.8% and the control sections decreased by 2% and 12.8%
- The intervention section had a higher percentage of students who continued to space throughout the semester
- The control sections had a higher percentage of people who did not continue to space throughout the semester
- In the 5 days leading up to the midterm, students who space were more likely to use the LMS earlier and more often
