Analytical Psychology
Analytical psychology is a theory developed by Carl Jung that focuses on balancing opposing forces of conscious and unconscious thought and experience within an individual's personality. Jung posited that this balancing is a continuous learning process, occurring mainly in the second half of life, where one becomes aware of unconscious elements and integrates them into consciousness.
