Constant Vertical Distance Between No-Shirking and Reservation Wage Curves

In the graphical representation of the labor discipline model, the no-shirking wage (NSW) curve is depicted as being parallel to and at a constant vertical distance above the reservation wage curve. This constant gap arises from the simplifying assumption that the wage premium required to motivate effort is a fixed amount for all employees, regardless of their individual characteristics or the firm they work for.
