Cyclical Model of Psychological Research

The scientific process in psychology operates as a continuous, cyclical model. It begins when a researcher formulates a question based on existing research literature. This question then guides an empirical study, the findings of which are subsequently published. Once published, these results are incorporated back into the research literature, serving as the foundation for new research questions and continuing the cycle.
