Concept
Surveying Employment and Skills
A comprehensive survey gathered data from 83 visually impaired women to assess employment situations and aspirations. The findings showed a gap between what these women could do and their actual employment. Many participants are highly educated but remain unemployed because of few job opportunities and workplaces that don't meet their needs. Education levels varied among the women, with many working towards bachelor's degrees in education for better job prospects. Even with their qualifications, they struggle to apply their skills in practical situations.
