Towards Better Opportunities
We need better policies to create job opportunities for visually impaired women. By closing the gap between their skills and available jobs, these women can achieve financial independence and gain recognition in society. To tackle these challenges, the government, employers, and communities must work together to build inclusive environments. With better access to education and more job options, along with changes in societal attitudes, visually impaired women can play an important role in Nepal's economy. Getting jobs will not only boost their self-esteem but also change how society views them, helping to create a more inclusive community.
