Using Distributor Trade Credit in Electrical Contracting

A trade credit account lets an electrical contractor buy materials now and pay later under terms such as net-30 or net-60. That can preserve cash for payroll, fuel, and other job expenses. Each credit purchase should be connected to a repayment plan that shows when project revenue will arrive and how the invoice will be covered before it is due. If purchases are made without that planning, the business can run short of cash and put its supplier account at risk.
