Section 16

Original content

English translation

An ugly-faced man went to a physician and said: 'I have developed a boil in the ugliest of places.' The physician looked sharply at his face and said: 'You are lying; here, I see your face, and there is no boil upon it!' It is out of ugliness that the sultan of the sacred law does not approve That you should bare the limbs below the waist; Since your face was uglier than every other place, what wonder is it That you cover your face and bare another place instead.
