Measures: Self-Regulation through mindful yoga for middle schoolers
- Each participant was labeled a four-digit number for anonymity
- Throughout the school year, students took three assessments (September, January, and May). They measured self-regulation by utilizing the Adolescent Self-Regulatory Inventory, a validated self-report scale.
- At the end of. the study, there was also feedback given by teachers, families, and students regarding the efficacy of the intervention
