دفتر اول - بخش ۱۵۱ - ماجرای بلعم باعور و دعا کردن او از بهر دفع موسی علیه‌السلام تا اثر دعای او ظاهر گشت و عاقبت کار او / Book One - Section 151 - The Story of Balaam Son of Beor and His Supplication Against Moses

This section contains the original verses from Book One of Jalaluddin Rumi's Masnavi recounting the narrative of Balaam son of Beor. Balaam, a holy man of immense spiritual stature and power, is enticed by worldly promises to pray against the prophet Moses. Despite his initially successful prayers and high status, his egoism and opposition to a true prophet of God lead to his ultimate spiritual demise and ruin. Rumi uses these verses to warn seekers against the perils of arrogance, pride, and the temptation of worldly gains over spiritual integrity.
