باب ذکر ائمهٔ متصوفه از متأخران

این باب از کشف المحجوب هجویری شرح‌حال و سخنان پیران و بزرگان متأخر تصوف را گرد آورده است. هر بخش به یکی از مشایخ اختصاص دارد و مرتبت او، هم‌صحبتان و استادانش، و کلمات و اشارات ویژهٔ او را در حقایق طریقت بیان می‌کند؛ از جنید و ابوالحسن نوری تا ابوسعید خراز و ابوعبدالله بن الجلا.

This chapter of Hujwiri's Kashf al-Mahjub gathers the biographies and sayings of the later masters of Sufism. Each section is devoted to one shaykh, presenting his rank, his companions and teachers, and his characteristic sayings on the realities of the path (from Junayd and Abu al-Hasan al-Nuri to Abu Sa'id al-Kharraz and Abu Abdallah ibn al-Jalla). It serves as the structural container that groups these individual biographical sections beneath the whole collection.
