باب ذکر رجال الصوفیه من المتأخرین علی الاختصار من اهل البلدان

این باب چهاردهم کشف المحجوب هجویری است. برخلاف باب پیشین که ائمه و مشایخ متقدم و متأخر طریقت را برمی‌شمرد، هجویری در این باب مشایخ هم‌روزگار خود را به کوتاهی و به تفکیک سرزمین‌ها (شام، عراق، خراسان و مانند آن) نام می‌برد و برای هر یک نام، مرتبت، حال و گاه سخنی می‌آورد. این نود ساختاری میان کل مجموعه و تک‌بخش‌های این باب می‌نشیند.

This is the fourteenth chapter (bab) of Hujwiri's Kashf al-Mahjub. Unlike the preceding chapter of the classical imams and masters, here Hujwiri briefly enumerates the Sufi shaykhs of his own generation, organized land by land (Sham, Iraq, Khurasan, and so on), recording each shaykh's name, rank, and spiritual state, often with a characteristic remark. As a structural container it sits between the whole collection and the individual sections of this chapter, letting a learner situate each contemporary biography within Hujwiri's regional survey and distinguish it from the chapter of the earli...
