Section 7 - Allusion to the Divine Will

Original content

English translation

And following that was Will and Desire, A perpetual Desire, without increase or decrease. The actions that from all objects Are manifested newly in the world, Whether they be intentional, like the action of humans, Or natural, like a flood or a stone, They all originate from His Divine Will, And are founded on the perfection of His governance. No thorn pricks without His Will, No thread breaks without His Divine Will. For example, if the inhabitants of the world desire To diminish a hair's breadth from the world, If such be not His Will, They cannot diminish even a single hair. And if they all rise up To add a single atom to it, It would avail nothing without His Will, They would not be able to add an atom.
