English translation

Do you know what is beneath the ethereal sphere The wisdom in the existence of the king and the emir? So that he may be a support for the defenseless, So that he may give justice to the seekers of justice. He should be a well-wisher to the people of the world, He should be kind to all creation. He should hold back the oppressors from oppression, He should strengthen the hand of the oppressed. He should make justice his guide, He should manage affairs with justice. Listen to the text of the Quran where the Truth said, In the context of addressing David: "We gave you the caliphate for this reason, We sent you towards the people of the world So that you lay the foundation of the kingdom with justice, And rule with justice among the people." Whoever does not take justice as their rule, Is far from the position of the caliphate. He takes a lesson in oppression from the demon, How can the intellect call him the caliph of the Truth? Having made opposition to the command his profession, He has become the deputy of Satan. Since the sultan is the shadow of God, How could he accept the caliphate of Satan? He cannot become the shadow of God, Until he takes capital from the intellect.
