بخش ۳۲ - حضرت خواجه بزرگ بهاء الحق و الدین المعروف به نقشبند قدس سره می فرمودند که دوام مراقبه نادر است و از این طایفه اندکی کسب آن کرده اند و ما به طریق حصول آن را یافته ایم که مخالف نفس است / Section 32 - The great Master Baha' al-Haqq wa al-Din, known as Naqshband, may his secret be sanctified, used to say that continuous contemplation is rare, and few of this group have acquired it, and we have found it through a path of attainment which opposes the lower self

| خواجه نقشبند بند گشای | نقش غیر از دل مرید زدای |
| Khwaja Naqshband, the untier of knots, Who erases the mark of everything other than God from the disciple's heart, | |
| گفت راهی که حق شناس سپرد | پی به مقصود خویش ازان ره برد |
| Said, the path that the knower of Truth traversed, He achieved his goal through that path. | |
| دولت ورزش مراقبه بود | که به مقصد رسید از آن ره زود |
| It was the blessing of practicing contemplation (muraqaba), That he reached the destination quickly from that path. | |
| دیگران کان طریق نسپردند | پی به مقصود دیرتر بردند |
| Others who did not traverse that path, Reached their goal much later. | |
| باشد آن راه مرد صاحب سر | لیکن آمد دوام آن نادر |
| That path belongs to the man who possesses the secret, But maintaining it continuously is rare. | |
| گر دولت را هوای آن ره خواست | مایه کسب آن خلاف هواست |
| If fortune desires that path, The capital for acquiring it is opposing your desires. | |
| چون خلاف هوا کنی پیشه | برهی از هزار اندیشه |
| When you make opposing your desires your practice, You are freed from a thousand anxieties. | |
| بر یک اندیشه مستقیم شوی | در حریم وفا مقیم شود |
| You become steadfast upon one single thought, And you become a resident in the sanctuary of fidelity. | |

One is that Time is a cutting sword and the other is that Indeed, part of protection from sin is not having the power to commit it.'
