English translation

O you, whom I do not find from head to toe Even a single hair's breadth not drowned in blessings! The page of your forehead is that luminous tablet From which the secret of the mind is apparent. It is a wonderful tablet which, without dots or lines From it one can read the letters of approval and anger. The Ethiopian-bodied pupils of the eyes Are your watchmen in the vista of the eye. The eyebrows are a black umbrella over their heads Preventing them from the harm of the sun's sword. Around them, the thorn of eyelashes forms a hedge So that no harm reaches them from outside. The ears have opened their mouths on both sides So that they may become a casket of pearls like a seashell. In the seashell, the spring rain drop falls And inside it, the pearl of goodness is created. In your sense of smell, from two silver tubes The breath of the breeze brings sweet scents. Your mouth is a narrow workshop, and many Works come from it with every breath. Uttering subtle points with the help of consciousness Tasting the sweet and the sour. Chewing the morsel and generating pure saliva Mixing the morsels with that pure liquid, Lest the path of breath be blocked in the throat And the parrot of the soul find its cage too tight. Your hand, working from left and right Has done the work of the entire body without any deficiency. Washing the pure and impure from your body Removing the pollution of dirt from your frame. Its word is the comfort of friends, and in its fist It makes a handle for harsh adversaries. At the time of combing, it opens its fingers During your praise of God, it becomes a pointer of fingers. Its nail is the plectrum for the lute of your body Which plays the melody of comfort upon it. There is no traveler like your foot That can bring you to your destination in a moment. Guiding, traveling, taking steps Your helper in every gathering. When you make a place in the rank of the people of purity It keeps you standing with the help of the shin. When through humility you sit on the dust It places the cradle of honor beneath your hips. When you make its knee the footstool of your head You find news of the secret of the heart of the Divine Throne. This mirror of the witness of the Unseen has come What fault is there if you look into the mirror? Whatever of these shines its light upon you Is but a fraction of the blessings outside your body. The description of the kinds of inner gifts Is beyond the domain of speech. The heart, which is a secluded one within this veil Receives nourishment anew moment by moment. Intellect and religion are the secluded ones of its veil Science and knowledge are all nurtured by it. And whatever is outside your soul and body But in your coming and living Has a place, that is Your mercy And a blessing from the table of Your generosity. Although there is no limit or measure to it Gratitude and praise to You for it are obligatory upon you. Likewise, safety from every affliction Is, in the eyes of the discerning, the very essence of gift. It is a blessing that God made free Your eye from blindness and your ear from deafness. It is a blessing that He kept your heart From the sorrow of grandeur and the thought of high status. Whatever knot upon knot comes from this sky The blessing of well-being is the best of all. If one or two afflictions came upon your head He kept you safe from a thousand others. If you know the value of this blessing Why do you grieve and trouble your mind?
