یوسف و زلیخا / Yusof o Zoleykha

Yusof o Zoleykha (یوسف و زلیخا)

Yusof o Zoleykha is the fifth masnavi of Jami's Haft Awrang, a seven-part collection of narrative poems. It reworks the Quranic and Biblical story of Yusof (Joseph) and Zoleykha (Potiphar's wife) into a Sufi allegory in which earthly love for beauty becomes a ladder toward divine love. As a distinct literary work within the collection, it is internally divided into numbered sections (بخش), beginning with an opening invocation and proceeding through the full narrative. This node serves as the container that groups those sections under their proper work, rather than flattening them directly beneath the whole Haft Awrang collection.
