یوسف و زلیخا / Yusuf and Zulaykha (mathnavi within Haft Awrang)

Yusuf and Zulaykha

یوسف و زلیخا (Yusuf and Zulaykha) is the fifth of the seven mathnavis that make up Jami's Haft Awrang. It retells the Quranic and Biblical story of Joseph and Zulaykha as a Sufi allegory of divine love and the soul's longing for absolute beauty. The poem is divided into numbered sections (بخش) that narrate the tale in sequence — from Joseph's dream, through his brothers casting him into the well, the caravan drawing him out, his rise in Egypt, and his eventual union with Zulaykha.

This node is the specific work-level container: individual section nodes (e.g. Section 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 41, 48, 67) are prerequisites-in-sequence of this mathnavi and should attach here rather than directly to the whole Haft Awrang collection.
