بخش ۱۱۳ - در مذمت آنان که شرع را بهانه آزار مسلمانان سازند و کارهای باطل را در صورت حق بپردازند / Section 113 - In Condemnation of Those Who Make Sharia a Pretext for Harassing Muslims and Perform False Deeds in the Guise of Truth

Original content

English translation

He by whom the Sharia of God is ruined Is clearly not aware of the secrets of Sharia. In the streets, homes, and markets, He has made Sharia and religion a pretext for harassment. He performs false deeds in the guise of truth, Taking away the splendor from the Sharia of Mustafa. He degrades the foundation of Sharia, So that the desires of his base nature may be satisfied. He is the master of the market and the prefect of the city; Sharia is damaged by him, and he is deprived of Sharia. He has darkened the Sharia with Mongol customary law (Tureh), Pouring sugar syrup into barren salt flats. He has made Islam a shield for disbelief, And through his efforts, the rank of disbelief has risen high. With his tumultuous soul, he made equal The true religion and the customary law (Tureh) of Genghis Khan. For example, if one of the common people Sells three or four yards of canvas, Without the stamp of the tax-collector (tamgha), He raises an uproar in the entire city. First, he makes Sharia his tool, And questions him about his prayers and fasting. Though the man has committed no sin, He makes his back and sides black with the blows of the whip. He hangs his goods around his neck, And parades him around the marketplaces. After that, he sends him to the watchman's house To pay a fine, So that the watchman, with a wooden staff, may extract from him The cost of wine and beautiful companions for the prefect. This and the like are frequent occurrences Of the tribute imposed by that evil-natured one. He became an enemy of religion through trickery and deceit; O God, take back the rights of religion from him! He abased Sharia, so abase him; He cast aside shame, so make him ashamed! Indeed, what need is there for me to pray against him, Or strike his liver with the arrow of my prayer? Eight hundred and seventy years before this, The Messenger stretched out his hands in prayer: 'O God, whoever aids religion, Be his helper and supporter in both worlds. And whoever seeks the abandonment of Sharia today, Pierce his heart and soul with the arrow of abandonment!' Indeed, what abandonment could be worse than when someone Exchanges the Garden of Paradise for a piece of straw? Facing the creation and turning his back on the Lord, He sells religion for the sake of the world. He gives up religion and amasses worldly wealth; He burns the candle of religion to light up the world.
