بخش ۶ - مناجات سیم متضمن اشارت به آنکه موجب غفلت آدمی از نور شهود او دوام فیض و استمرار وجود اوست و اگر فرضا یک لحظه آن فیض منقطع شدی همه کس بر آن معنی مطلع گشتی / Section 6 - The Third Supplication, Containing an Allusion to the Fact That the Cause of Man's Negligence of the Light of His Witnessing Is the Persistence of His Grace and the Continuity of His Existence, and If Hypothetically That Grace Were Interrupted for a Single Moment, Everyone Would Become Aware of That Reality

English translation

O You, from Whose existence is the manifestation of all, Your generosity is the capital of the being of all. You are the innovator of our new and old, You are the maker of our being and non-being. There are workers in this workshop, Burnt by the fire of 'no' (la) in 'there is no god but Allah' (la ilaha). There is no escape from 'no' except for You, The decree of 'Blessed and Exalted' belongs to You. When the grace of Your bounty arrives continuously, How can anyone ever attain its recognition? In the bend of this circle of jest and earnestness, An opposite is not made manifest except by its opposite. Take back the lights of eternity from non-existence, Take back the writing of the pen from the tablet. Snatch the rosary from the hands of the spiritual beings, Cast a breach into the ranks of the luminous beings. Cast down the Throne from the top of the Footstool (Kursi), Do not place the earth as a table for the Footstool. Drive the pillar of the Footstool into the earth, Say to the dust of humiliation, 'Settle upon it!' Cast an earthquake into the green dome (of heaven), Shatter two or three flasks together. Untie the belt from the waist of the cosmos, Shoot an arrow from the bow of the sky. Untie the knot of the Pleiades from one another, Separate the body of Gemini from itself. The ox that has grazed in this meadow, Hand over to the world-devouring lion of annihilation. Cut its sheaf with the sickle of death, Make provision for its path of non-existence. The garden of elements, whose soil is pleasant, Whose water is sweet and whose air is delightful— There is a fiery rose growing within it, The bud of that garden of the sublime heaven. Rain hail upon this garden from the stars, Shatter its branches and leaves, throwing them into disarray. Its most special fruit is man, Whose pleasure is from the flavor of intimacy. Pour both its ripe and raw upon the dust, Sift dust upon his head from the wind of death. So that all may know that the Maker is You, The innovator of all these wonders is You. Being and permanence are from You alone, Death and life are from You alone. There is no one else in the realm of eternity To hoist the banner of 'To whom belongs the kingdom?' (liman al-mulk). If Jami is not, due to wretched fortune, Exalted like a kingly banner, Grant him loftiness from the banner of poverty, Give him a shadow-seeking place beneath that banner.
