English translation

Fatima, the Lady of Paradise, suddenly Went to the Master in a private place She said, 'The hand-mill has blistered my hands, I want a handmaiden from you as a gift, So that I may suffer less from the mill, How long must I endure such grief from the mill? The mill of the heavens is like a single millet seed to me, Grinding at the mill, what kind of work is this for me?' And strangely, before Haydar (Ali) at that time There were spoils of war beyond measure. He opened his hand and gave it all away, He left nothing for Fatima. He taught her a beautiful and precious prayer, Saying, 'This is better for you than all those things. Since no inheritance remains from the prophets, Do not prolong this matter so much for yourself.' Look, what do you say? Was this injustice or not? Was this compassion all religion or not? He who took pride in poverty and was dear, When would he leave anything for anyone? The world is the enemy of the Truth without metaphor, When does the enemy of Truth leave a friend be? If you seek religion, O headless and footless one, The path of religion is not this; pass by this path. Keep your religion for the sake of your own salvation, Have your own special pain in both worlds. Undoubtedly, this not giving here was religion, In the matter of Fadak, this was also the case for Siddiq (Abu Bakr). If the pain of Truth grabs the skirt of your soul, When will this prejudice grab your collar? Intimacy with the life-giving Divine Presence is enough for you, As long as you exist, your God is enough for you.
