کاملی گفته ست دانی مرد کیست
نیست مرد انک او تواند شاد زیست

مرد آن باشد که جانی شادمان
خوش تواند برد آزاد از جهان

ای درین چنبر همه تاب آمده
همچو شاگرد رسن تاب آمده

چون گذر بر چنبر آمد جاودان
چند در گیری رسن گرد جهان

چند خواهی بیش ازین بر هم نهاد
چون همه از هم فرو خواهد فتاد

گر نخواهی کرد قارونی مدام
خورد و پوشی تا لب گورت تمام

انبیا چون این چنین کردند کار
تو دکان بالای استادان مدار

English translation

A perfected one has said, 'Do you know who a true man is? A man is not one who can merely live happily. A true man is he who can take a joyful soul And happily depart, free from the world.' O you who have become fully twisted in this hoop, Having become like a rope-maker's apprentice, Since passing through the hoop is eternal and inevitable, How long will you entangle the rope around the world? How much more of this do you wish to pile up, When everything will ultimately fall apart? If you do not wish to continually hoard like Korah, Food and clothing are enough until the edge of your grave. Since the prophets conducted their affairs in this manner, Do not open a shop above the masters.
