کاملی گفته ست از اهل یقین
گر جهودان جمله بگزینند دین
زآن مرا چندان نیاید دلخوشی
کز سر دردی کسی بی سرکشی
در ره این درد آید دردناک
هم درین دردش بود رفتن بخاک
زیسته در درد و رفته هم به درد
رفته زین عالم بدان عالم به درد
English translation
A perfect one among the people of certainty has said: If the Jews all choose the faith, From that, not so much joy would come to me As when a person, out of true pain and without rebellion, Enters the path of this pain full of ache, And in this very pain passes into the dust, Having lived in pain and also departed in pain, Having gone from this world to that world in pain.
