Section 4 - The Tale and the Parable

Original content

English translation

A perfect one has said, upon the path of God, There are boundless, heart-captivating afflictions. And strangely, out of awe of this affair, You flee behind your wall. If you desire the wine of His grace in your cup, Traverse the valley of His wrath completely. For until you have this, you will not have that; Without affliction and pain, there is no cure for you. If by His grace a single glance reaches you, Every moment a new life will reach you.
