المقالة الخامس عشر / The Fifteenth Discourse

درآمد پنچمین فرزند هشیار
پدر راگفت کای دریای اسرار
من آن انگشتری خواهم باخلاص
که در ملکت سلیمان گشت ازان خاص
پری و دیو در فرمانش آمد
بساط ملک شادروانش آمد
زنام آن نگینش شد نه از غیر
رموز مور کشف و منطق طیر
گر آن انگشتری در دستم آید
فلک با این بلندی پستم آید
English translation
The intelligent fifth son entered And said to the father: O sea of secrets! I sincerely desire that ring By which Solomon became distinguished in his kingdom. Fairies and demons came under his command, The expanse of the kingdom became his pavilion. It was through the name of that signet, not from else, That the secrets of the ant were revealed, and the language of the birds. If that ring comes into my hand, The heaven with its height will become low for me.
