حقیقت چیست پیش اندیش بودن
ز خود بگذشتن و با خویش بودن

اگر جانت برون آید ز صورت
ببینی هرچ می دانی ضرورت

حجاب تو نیاید هر دو عالم
ببینی هر دو عالم را به یک دم

از این صورت اگر بیرون شوی تو
مه و خورشید محجوبون شوی تو

چو جانت را مقام نور دادند
سر چشم تو سوی حور دادند

مشو مغرور حور و خلد هرگز
که بی حق نور ندهد خلد هرگز

English translation

What is truth? To be foresighted, To pass beyond oneself and be with oneself. If your soul emerges from form, You will necessarily see whatever you know. The two worlds will not be your veil, You will see both worlds in a single breath. If you step out of this form, The moon and the sun will become veiled to you. When they gave your soul the station of light, They turned your eyes toward the Houris. Never be deceived by the Houris and Paradise, For without the Truth, Paradise never gives light.
